Athalia Venandi had been screwed over one too many times. A mother that disappeared the day she was born and an absent father. An emotionally fragile Grandmother and a rather closed off adopted family. Yep, life continuously sucked for her. Her only saving grace was Dance and the distance she could put between her and her childhood home.
But life has a way of coming around, and when things begin to change for her she suddenly realizes that her old life was heaven compared to what she was about to face.
Never had she hated circumstances more than she did when she was about to lose the one person that she had ever truly loved.
