Blair makes a wish and she ends up in the vampire diaries world as Blair Gilbert, in the place of Jeremy Gilbert. She also has no idea she was anyone other than Blair Gilbert. She's a witch, but not a normal witch. She's a siphoner. But that's not all. Grayson and John Gilbert were half-brothers and Grayson's mother came from a bloodline of werewolves, the Carsons. So she's also an untriggered werewolf, with the potential to become a tribrid one day. Story starts in the pilot episode. Damon/OC.
