Chompy (ONC 2021)

After a while, I grew used to the sounds, and I decided that I wouldn't let the resident monster under my bed scare me. But everything changed the night it decided to speak.Concluida
The Beast - sample
I've been locked in this mysterious mansion for ten years. Cleaning and following the rules of a Lord whose face I've never seen. Rule 1: Don't walk the halls at night Rule 2: Never leave the property Rule 3: Don't ask about the Lord of the estate Once you leave the mansion, you can't come back. My mother tells me I should be thankful because only crime and death remain outside the gates after the war. But after ten years of cleaning the same halls and reading the same books, after ten years of unanswered questions, my curiosity got the best of me. I snuck out of the mansion and went to the nearby town: a crime that could get me banished. I began asking about the mysterious Lord, and tonight, I will walk the forbidden halls and hope to catch a glimpse of him. This is a 15-chapter sample. The Complete story is on patreon.com/ancientt
The Neighbour's House
My neighbour's house is normal. There are two stories, stairs, and a tiny porch. A red door, and many windows with pretty crimson shutters. My neighbour's house is normal. The lights are on when they need to be, and off when they don't. The grass is mown, and there are sometimes cars in the driveway. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I can see into some of the rooms. Always when I'm not really trying. The rooms are nice, with a warm colour scheme and polished wooden furniture. There is one room that is entirely white. A bare bulb swings from the ceiling. From the outside, I can see no furniture. The walls are old and stained.. There are no shutters on that window. My neighbour's house is normal. I see them sometimes. They're gone most of the day. We wave when we see each other, coming or going. Those two seem nice. Didn't they used to have a son about my age? My neighbour's house is normal. They turn off their lights about the same time we do. Except in that one room. The lights in the white room stay on late each night. I tried to watch them, once, to see how late they stayed on. I fell asleep. When I woke up, they were already off. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I hear sounds from the house. Almost like muffled screams. Everyone gets night terrors, it's common knowledge that, at night, everything can sound scary. My neighbour's house is normal. Except when it isn't.Concluida
Whispers in the Walls
They told me the house was empty. That the boy I was supposed to care for wasn't real. Just a doll. Just a job. But then I heard things. Felt things. The whispers in the walls, the way the air shifted like someone was always watching me. I should be scared. I should leave. But there's something about him-something that keeps pulling me back. Maybe it's the loneliness in his voice. Or the way he lingers in the shadows, waiting for me to see him. All I know is... I don't think I want to run anymore.Concluida

Not when they both were attracted to each other on levels they didn't understand. *** "What were you thinking was going to happen tonight?" I question, trying hard to conceal the surge of surprise she's brought on to me. She leans in closer to my face, her voice a seductive whisper "A one night stand". What the fuck? Is she trying to play some kind of a game with me? Because it's working, she keeps surprising me and I couldn't hate her more right now. My hand reaches out to grab her face, my cool skin feels uncomfortable over her warm cheeks. She leans into my touch, green eyes fixed on mine. "As much as I'd like to do that, I have an agenda for tonight" I pull my hand back unwillingly. "What agenda?" She looks at me as if I have grown another head. "I'm going to be honest here, I'm not taking you to have sex with you. This is a kidnapping" *** WARNING! CONTAINS STRONG LANGUAGE, SEX SCENES, VIOLENCE! READ AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.Concluida
