Luke has started a new life in the town of Ashborne, fifty miles away from his hometown of Eldham, and fifty miles from the horrors of the previous year.

He lives as a normal child, who has just begun junior high. Taken in by the Bloodworth family, his life is going fairly well.

Until one day, parts of the past begin too come back and haunt him. Upon hearing of a new plan that the entity he escaped is formulating, he realises that it's up to him to stop it.

A strange town that's only getting stranger as packs of werewolves arrive. they are only a precursor to what is coming. Mages, and more will soon be arriving in silver-spruce, any of them a potentially life threatening danger to him. But...if the boy keeps his head down and tries to avoid attention, than maybe just maybe, he can survive. Sadly for him, one of those wolves is claiming the part of town he happens to live in as her territory. And the boy has never been particularly good at keeping his head down in the first place. (This is a completed first draft of this story, I will eventually be uploading the second draft which is wildly different, less using the same bones as this first draft, more just a few of its organs.
