Jacob is the star quarterback, and the son to the mayor of Berryville, Texas. Living a wealthy, care free life, he could not care about the people around him. He often bullies others at his high school of Berryville High. He may torment others, but he gives special attention to Jake the gay, vegan, and hippie. A day never goes by when he doesn't physically, emotionally, or mentally torment Jake. With every shove or verbal insult he secretly keeps his admiration and fascination with the younger boy hidden from the world. Will he admit his secret passion for Jake or will he torment him for the rest of their high school life?

"Do you have any idea what you do to me?" Weston asked suddenly, voice low but not soft-frustrated. I blinked. "What?" He laughed under his breath. "Forget it. But after seeing the damage done, and how much it's hurting Matthew, Weston steps in. At first, it's just to help his best friend. But the more he tries to stay detached, the harder it becomes to ignore Skyler or the way he makes Weston feel. Enemies aren't supposed to matter. But maybe, sometimes, they do.
