Based on a true story:

From the outside, it seemed that Hailey Evans had the best life possible, but the truth was much darker than anyone could have imagined. Behind closed doors, she was being abused to an unthinkable degree causing her to be consumed by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). 

When forced into a new school, Hailey instantly creates tension with Nathan; a hot-headed, arrogant boy determined to stop at nothing to show her that there's more to life than pain and suffering. However, when her life begins spiraling out of control, he's the last person she'd expect to try and save her from her dark past. But will it be too late?
