We return to the story of White Hat Incorporated, with problems to sort through by the dozens. It's been one year since the "Villain Hunt", a massacre of many villains, and then some. White Hat is still struggling to get over the death of his brother, when he notices traces of him. Distorted commercials with his infamous seal appearing on TV. A childish giggle in the night.
