A Fire in the Dark

Heather was found in the debris of a terrible fire that had occurred twenty years before in Sparks Creek. She now has only one ambition in life: getting far away from the town who blames her unfairly for the tragedy. She works to the exhaustion to save enough money to live on her own on the outside and she faces the everyday hostilities directed against her.
However the mystery of Heather's birth and the arrival of a strange group of puzzling people in Sparks Creek might be linked closely. With her cinder colored eyes and flame-like hair, Heather may not be who she thinks she is. With her new identity, she also gets Kade and Lucas, two handsome young men to whose she's strongly attracted.
