Meet Ashton Bach, a gorgeous, extroverted guy. On the outside he looks perfect but on the inside he knows that his identical twin brother, Asher, is in the hospital in a coma because of him. It all started when the twins left a party drunk. They got in the car and crashed. Now Ashton has to learn to depend on himself.
