Two years after her father dies, Feather Turner and her brother Lowell with their mother Edith move into her late great-grandfather's mansion. While cleaning, Fae finds an old necklace.

The same night, her mother is kidnapped and taken to the realm Ioriolan. That evening, Feather learns that the necklace is a Talisman, a piece of magic jewelry that can bestow the wearer great power.

Now, she and Lowell must find their mother with the remains of their great-grandfather's robots and defeat the Elves.
