After losing the one closest to him, he disappears for quite a long time. Another war is coming. Against an enemy that was never seen before. A war that will decide the fate of the whole world. A war that would make the previous ones look like a birthday party. Who is the enemy? Who is the one that seeks to eradicate Olympus? More importantly, who will stop them? This is not like any of the other Guardian of the Hunt stories. I've tried to include some twists and different things in this to make it unique. This is NOT a Chaos story. This is not a story where Percy is an overpowered being that can squash Zeus in a second. He is just a normal demigod with the blessing of ONE Olympian. I don't own PJO/HoO. Rick Riordan does. But who is to say he couldn't have help from outside forces every once in a while? Whose to say that the male hero cant know that he needs help from someone who is nearly twice as powerful as him? Whose to say he was Sally's only child?
Trials of A Hero
You would think, that the future of a Hero that had save his people twice over would be filled with endless peace with the one he loves. It doesn't. Just when you think it's all over and you can live your life the way you want to, life has a funny way of proving to you that you can't. The days were beautiful then. I had her by my side, the wars were done, and everything would fall into place for us. Have a kid, train them to fight in fights that they would never have to fight. Enjoy small talk before bed. But no. Someone else just has to interfere. And this time, she was taken from me. Revenge will be my only friend. You would think, that the life of an immortal goddess would be filled with endless luxuries and never ending pleasures. It's not. And with a past as long and extensive as mine...It's quite easy to have hidden variables that will come back and bite you. Hard. Love has a great way of fucking me over. This is why I stayed a maiden. A/N: I promise that this isn't going to be another war, but this is eventually going to end up in a massive fight.
