"Please stop." I said under my breathe looking down at my shoes. Speaking of which, I needed new ones. 
  "Why are you-" She was cut off immediately.
   "such a bitch all the time?" It was a males voice this time. I looked up from my shoes to see a shocked looking Nadine. "Nadine seriously, go find someone else to pick on." Wren was leaning against the lockers with his arms crossed.
  Nadine almost growled before turning to me. "Your boyfriend isn't going to be around forever." She snarled before turning away and strutting off.  I immediately turned to Wren.
  "What is your problem, I was handling it." I said and he laughed, like full on swung his head back and laughed. I hated him.

My life was complicated. My father was the head of the Mafia and that is what my entire world revolved around. When I was born my father changed my last name so that no one knew I was related to him, it was to dangerous to have a daughter in the mafia. My older brother and I went to the same school but no one knew we were related and he avoided me at all times to keep that image. Until my brother let on to my father that I was being picked on at school so my father brought in one of his members to keep an eye on me.
