In the city of Rayne, the jails are getting overcrowded. The government is perplexed. How would they dispose of the unwanted weirdos without causing a riot? Their answer: To make an action-packed event, filled with action, adventure, and most of all, death. They would select eleven random prisoners, who would then be forced to participate in the event, which would now be called the "Prison Purge."
