Life happens is about a young girl called Nikki who suffers with anxiety and struggles too deal with normal life problems - school, boys and family. Rikki is a bit different too others and feels like she doesn't belong. Favourite hobbies include binge watching her favourite tv series, sleeping and worrying. Until one day Rikki's mum loses her job and is forced too move town because of her absusive ex. Rikki finds comfort in her new small town called Nyhill and runs into a guy she won't ever forget. Will Rikki ever calm down and stop worrying so much? Will her new lover turn things around for her and will she finally get the relief that she wants?
