Paper Planes {h.s.}

When Bella was born with her five minute old brother, Harry, her mother gave them both a paper plane necklace to later on find each other. Her mother died an hour after they were born so now she's living with her grandmother. Why did her mother separate them? She doesn't know, but she plans to find out.
