Indigo is a innocent girl living in a world that she hasn't even begun to understand yet. Ever since her dad died when she was younger her life started going down hill from her mom getting hooked on drugs, to her older brother selling dope.
It seemed as if the universe just wasn't on her side giving her obstacle after obstacle. What happens when she finally finds her break but it has to do with a not so good person.
Will she listen to everyone around her telling her that she's making a mistake or will she blame not knowing what real love ever felt like to stay with this certain person who's no good for her.

He's in the last yr of school but has always been one of the youngest in his yr group. He has a little sister called Jodie and a mum called Milly. Max and Indigo have always had an unbreakable bond. She used to spend most of her days in the library or in the art room with Mrs Bluebell. That's until she becomes friends with a girl called Brittney. she often perceived her as quite complicated and loud. Brittney and Indigo have known each other since they were little because Brittney's mum Camilla was training to be a hairdresser while pregnant at just sixteen with Brittney, And Rose (Indigo's mum) used to own the hairdressers and they became inseparable. Indigo Chávez, he's dramatic. That's something you realize about him pretty quickly. Some, well, he thinks most, call him funny. The other percentage call him annoying. He's childish, immature, irrational, and flat-out stupid. Sometimes, when you know too much, it's easier to act like you don't. He's a recovering drug addict, still currently one. It's hard for him to grow up. He lives a normal enough life, unlike most like him. His body gets sold to pervert men and pervert women, sometimes for months, never longer than three, though. His stepmom seems to hate him but not fully. They have a weird relationship. She's the one who sells him. He's curious. He's very stubborn, too. When he makes a decision, he doesn't go back. It takes him a while to realize things. Indigo Chávez is a smart-ass. He likes to talk back, and he never thinks before he speaks. He feels like he's above everyone but never admits it. All the pieces of his story don't seem to fit. Something doesn't make sense. The more you read, the more that makes sense. The book alternates between him, the people in his life, and back in time to his father and his sister's father. In the end, maybe the only ones truly there for you are your siblings
