There were two pieces of paper tucked under the case, with their corners peeking out. She pulled them out and unfolded them.

The first paper was a photograph. Although the photo was blurred by the tears in her eyes and were printed in black and white, she could make out her grandfather, standing proudly with his violin, with a woman in the background, sitting on the pianist's bench.

The second piece of paper was a short, double sided note. On one side, read "Treasure Every Moment". The other side read "Be Selfish".
