UFO hunting, a sadistic school doctor you happen to be falling for, and Babby Daddy drama...all in a day, in the life of Artemis Strong. To say she's a normal high school senior would be an understatement.
When her father goes on a year long archeological dig in Greece, she ends up moving in with her loon of an uncle and starting Xavier Prep in her senior year. What was supposed to be the best year of her high school career was turning out to be the worst. It didn't help that both her uncle and father saw this as a chance for her to start over, to get in with the "right" crowd of people as they call them. Or in laymen's term, make sure not every cop in the city knew your name. She decides she wants to get in and get out. Of course, then things start happening. Like her mom tracking her down after abandoning her five years ago, and the mafia thugs hot on her tail. So much for her plans to lie low....
