"You're a what" I said confusion written all over my face "I'm a were-dingo Sheila" he said as he leaned closer towards.   me.....

were-dingos are somewhat different from werewolves 

for example:

1. they don't have a moon goddess instead they have a sun god

2. they howl at the sun not at the moon on some cliff but on Ayers rock 

3. they live in the outback instead of the forest
