A young girl who has always been considered a reject to society found herself in a situation that not even she could comprehend. From meeting a bunch of people who work in a private organization known as the Avengers to meeting Asgardians who claim themselves as gods, she is not sure whom to trust. After a confrontation, she decides that the Asgardians are much more trustworthy and follow them to Asgard where she helps defend the Trickster God, Loki Laufeyson, from a lifetime sentence in the dungeons.

Little does she know, she begins to fall for the God himself but knows that there cannot be a relationship between them because she was not an Asgardian like him. Not to mention, Thor does not approve of it, believing Loki would be far too dangerous for her. Lara, the reject Avenger, ignores warnings and decides that she does love Loki. However, fate always has sneaky surprises so that can destroy happiness.
