Anders als in unserer Dimension sind die Engel ebenfalls nur eine Spezies von Arbor, uralt und mächtig. Aber nicht mächtig genug, denn die Jagd der Gorla fordert einen nach dem anderen ein. 
Araquiel, ein männlicher Engel, welcher von den Gorla gefangen gehalten wurde, gelang die Flucht in eine andere Dimension... direkt ins Klassenzimmer von Seth und Judith. Der schwer verwundete Engel braucht jedoch dringend Hilfe, die es in der menschlichen Welt nicht gibt... also wechselt er ernut die Dimension und nimmt dabei mehr oder weniger Absichtlich die gesamte Klasse mitsamt Lehrer mit.
