Sa isang eskuwelahan na kung saan laging may debate na walang katapusan kahit katapusan na ng pag-aaral sa taon na iyon. Mga babae at lalaki na nakikipag awayan lang para sa kalayaan. Yun ang Presidential High.

Sa isang solusyon ay naisip ng lahat na gumawa ng partylist para ganapin ang election kung saan hindi na mismo ang lahat ng estudyante ang magaaway kung hindi mismo ang mga representatives ng kanilang pinili.

Na kapag kung nanalo ang tinatawag na 'Boy Partylist' ay sila ang maghahari sa eskuwelahan or should I say pwede sila mangharass at mangbugbog kahit babae pa. Pero kapag nanalo ang 'Girl Partylist'' ay mga babae naman ay hindi na gagalawin ng mga lalaki.

Eh papaano pa kaya kung ang mga napiling mga represensatives ng mga estudyante ay mga basagulero't basagulerang mga estudyante sa iba't ibang school na may napakabigat na kasalanan na may natatagong katangian? Kaya ba nilang lumaban?
