No one understands the hardships of your parents being gone. so many people wished that their parents would leave them alone forever but actually having it happen is different. Faking a smile while trying to make ends meet. Practically having to raise your sister. No one understands. -N.D. Natsu and Lucy are from two different worlds. Lucy is the heiress to the legendary Heartfilia empire. On the other hand, Natsu has to work to support himself and his younger sister after their parents' mysterious disappearance. These two only seem to have one thing in common. No one understands.

"You're weak Lucy!" Natsu slammed his hands on the table, "That's why you can't come on this job. You'll die." Lucy started to cry, "I'm not weak, Natsu," she shook her head as he walked away. "Yes you are. You haven't trained like Gray, your power isn't as strong as Erza's, and you can't match a dragonslayer with celestial spirits," Dragoneel looked over his shoulder, "I waited this long to tell you. It's time to face the facts." This set her off. She felt as though she deserved to be revered as strong because of all the things she and Natsu had done together: the jobs, the everyday crisis, even when he almost said he liked her. But now his words pained her, they shot her in the heart and she realized that Natsu never liked her.
