What happens when your world as you know it falls apart?

Well, first, you take shelter. You hide from the storm because you're afraid of new things. It's human. No one likes change immediately. You have to give it time.

Second, you realise that you can't hide forever and you're forced to come out. Face the music, they tell you. It's easier said than done.

Third, you adapt. You find ways to get used to your new life. After all, that's what humans are made to do. More importantly, that's what idols are made to do. Because, you know the media can be a bitch. It can tear your career apart with just one article and a few leaked sources - the career you've been training six years for. At least, that's what happened to me.
