Nothing in life has ever come easily to Jake Forester. With a well below average IQ, a lot of social oddities and after years of being bullied throughout School he's been left with a Punch Drunk mind. The days of being a social outcast in School are now behind him and for the most part he's tamed his nervous habits. Things should be looking up for Jake as he settles into his first job and learns to make friends for the first time in his life. But while he begins to take strides in his personal life, things start to unravel at home as his father struggles to deal with his own mental illness and it tears Jake and his family apart.
