It's the year 2157, and the world is much like our modern day, except for one, insignificant detail...... The Earth is immensely over-populated, and the Governments of the world will stop at nothing until their world has reached perfection, whatever the cost. In an attempt to regain control of our numbers, a fool-proof plan has been devised- The Lottery of Life. Everyone has a number, but to get picked definitely isn't a prize, not in this day and age. When for one innocent family 'luck' damages their life forever, they are left in the shadows to find purpose and meaning in any way they can; when all hope is lost, is there anyone out there that can find the best path to the future, for everyone?
Simply, it's the story of a young boy, a tale of friendship, the damage of dictatorship, and enough love to last for a lifetime.
So, perhaps this particluar detail is not so insignificant after all........

Wish: The Series

This is a re-write of the first Death Wish. Sometimes we all feel lonely. Or like no-one cares about us. Some feel it more than others, but we all have those moments. How would you feel if your only friend would be a ghost? Someone dead. Would you be happy? Or would you search for someone living, and push the paranormal away when you've had your fill? (Y/N), has the same problems. She's tried to make friends, but since she's the "weird Kid" her classmates, and surrounding people, push her away. Aside from those who are dead, since they understand what she's going through. And a certain Royal, has quite the fancy for her. Even though she's living, and he's dead. DISCLAIMER: I saw Wish opening day and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought everything about the movie was beautiful, but I wasn't a huge fan of the writing.
