Annabelle Hurst doesn't want to go to her new middle school.
When her mother sends her there, she expects a year filled with misery. All her friends are back at her old school, and making friends has never been easy for her. But Anna begins to see strange things in her new school - spirits that seem to be talking to her, a magical portal, and a strange boy that she just can't understand. What she thinks is going to be a normal year turns out to be a year filled with adventure, magic, and suspense.
Note: A friend and I started writing this together, but we stopped. She isn't writing this anymore, so I decided to start it up again. :)
