Trigger warning- abuse, mental health issues.
When observing the way he was treated- the violence, the screaming, the isolation- is it really that surprising that the sorting hat chose Slytherin?
I DO NOT OWN THE COVERWORK OR THE HARRY POTTER CAST, ETC
A Harry Potter AU which looks a little deeper into the way the Dursleys really treated the boy who lived.

Everybody is shocked when Olivia arrives at Hogwarts during the 5th year. No one seems to know anything about her, except Dumbledore. And many want to know... Names and characters (except the main character) are taken from JK Rowling's work. I don't own any of them. Nevertheless, the story is my invention. I don't agree with Rowling's homotransphobic views. DISCLAIMER: In this story: Narcissa and Bella are step-sisters and are not blood-related. The only challenges Harry had to face were stealing the Philosopher's Stone from Lord Voldemort and sending his ghost away in the Chamber of Secret. The Three Wizards Tournament didn't involve Barty Crouch Junior at all and everything went well, in fact Cedric didn't die in the last challenge. Sirius was at Azkaban until Harry went to Elementary school, then he was freed by Dumbledore and was sent home; he needed to prove to the Ministry of Magic he was capable of taking care of himself and only after six years he found out about his Godson. Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts. Please Be There If I Remember
"Mr. Malfoy, where are you going? You just woke up from a great fall after all, I'm sure your friends can come here, instead of you going to them." Who was Malfoy? Oh right, it was probably him. A little bit late, he realised that he should have told her about the complete memory loss since he had no idea where he was going to go once he left the hospital-like room. On second thought, maybe making a scene would have actually been a good idea. Well, it was too late to turn back now. "I will just be going out for a little stroll...around. I must admit that I am in dire need of some fresh air. My, how long did you say I was out for again?" He put his hand to his chest like it was an absolute travesty to have not been told. "I-uh...four days, Mr. Malfoy. You were out for four days." "Well then, I shall be going now. Toodaloo!" Madam Pomfrey stood completely frozen for a long moment like this was the exact opposite of what she expected to happen when Draco woke up. "Mr. Malfoy, wait!" The witch eventually called out, but Draco was already out of the door. Draco wakes up in the hospital wing having no idea who he is and how he got there. Turns out he fell 20 feet down the stairs and got his memory wiped. What else could go wrong? Meeting Harry Potter definitely was fun, but can he figure out who obliviated him and get his memories back? Or will he be stuck like this for the rest of his life? Drarry story Draco is best friends with Pansy, Theo, and Blaise This story is a mix between being fun and being angsty, so be prepared for sudden jumps between light and dark (I can't help how my brain thinks, just roll with it) For teen and up audiences. TW: Mentions/implied reference of child abuse and only a splash of language There will be warnings at the beginning of a chapter if necessary. The cover is the result of me being supremely bored. Yes I know it sucks but that's kind of the point because I am no editor, just ignore it as best as you canComplete
🜸 {{ - SHE'S JUST A GIRL - MATTHEO RIDDLE - }} 🜸
Fifteen-year-old Madeline Potter has spent her life hidden away, overshadowed by the legend of her brother, Harry Potter. When she finally arrives at Hogwarts in her fifth year, she expects to be sorted into Gryffindor, to finally belong at his side. Instead, the Sorting Hat makes a choice that shocks the entire school-Slytherin. The Great Hall falls silent. Harry's face is frozen in disbelief. The Gryffindors whisper, the Hufflepuffs glance at each other warily, and the Ravenclaws analyze the implications. But the worst reaction comes from her new house. The Slytherins sneer. She sees the disgust in Draco Malfoy's glare, the cold judgment in Pansy Parkinson's smirk. A Potter among the snakes? A betrayal of everything her brother stands for. The first weeks are hell. Whispers follow her down the corridors. Some Slytherins ignore her. Others want her gone. Harry, Ron, and Hermione are wary-Why Slytherin?-and Harry's distant confusion stings more than she expected. But then, something shifts. Mattheo Riddle, dark, unreadable, and carrying a surname that terrifies most, doesn't sneer at her like the others. Theo Nott and Blaise Zabini don't shun her completely, watching her instead, testing her. Even Lorenzo Berkshire, ever the enigma, seems curious. Pansy, instead of tearing her down, extends an unexpected invitation-because, as she says with a smirk, if you're going to survive Slytherin, you'll need friends. Even Draco, reluctant and cold, starts seeing her differently when she refuses to back down. As Madeline fights to prove herself, she begins to see Slytherin for what it truly is-not just ambition and cruelty, but loyalty, strength, and survival. She expected enemies. She didn't expect to find a place where she might actually belong. But war looms. Lines are being drawn. Loyalties are being tested. And Madeline must decide: stand with the brother who barely knows her, or the house that's becoming her home.![Slytherins Heir [Draco X Reader] - Year Two](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/187389346-256-k592418.jpg)

Tell Me That You Love Me, Even If It's Fake • Thiam
"In their eyes, that group of students was just idiots who got themselves in unnecessary danger impulsively, especially Liam who seemed to be the leader of their little 'pack', and they had never wanted to associate with them, but the war had changed them too, and now the Slytherins were glad they had the chance to get to know them better." After the war things in Hogwarts changed. The students grew up after what they had gone through and some of them started questioning the rivalry and animosity between the houses. Theo had always known that he was a Slytherin and he had always wondered what made a certain group of students, lead by a certain Gryffindor, be so reckless and so against self-preservation. Getting to know them proves to be different from what he expected, but an amazing experience nonetheless. The Thiam Hogwarts AU no one asked for but I'm writing anyway.Complete

Fight For Your Life (A Drarry Story)
It's a year after the second wizarding war, Lord Voldemort has been defeated, Harry Potter has come back to Hogwarts to finish his final year of school. Simple with no psychopaths breathing down his neck trying to kill him at every turn, no one trying to hurt him anymore. It's going to be the most normal year he's had. After his breakup with Ginny Weasley he doesn't want to get with anyone who just wants him for the fame. Many girls throw themselves at his feet, many boys try to get into his pants. None of them peak his interest very much. It's nothing with them, he just doesn't feel that pull to them, the pull that makes him want to be with them every second of the day. That's until a familiar pale blond with grey eyes says the right things that makes his heart beat faster and his breathing stutter. Will anything ever be the same in Hogwarts?Complete

Everyone knew the cliché. It wasn't a secret. Cold hearted Slytherin falls for a warm and overly loud Gryffindor. That wasn't Beatrice's case. She was the cold hearted Slytherin, but the simple concept of love bored her to death. She had known love, yes. But not the kind he was offering. Love at first sight? She probably would have laughed on anyone's face who dared mention the most classic trope of them all. "Utter bullshit," she answered every single time. Until, it happened to her and struck her between her sapphire eyes like a stunning spell. Tumbling down everything that she had ever known and believed in. But she was stubborn. And so was he.
