Jasmine White is an ordinary girl who lives in Blood City, a city that is home to hundreds of vampires. Blood City is located under a small human populated town named Jacksonville. Jasmine's sixteenth birthday comes around, which means she must leave Blood City and go to the human world as a test to see if you have what it takes to become a real vampire. Each vampire must live outside Blood City for five years before returning back to Blood City.
