Melanie just moved in with her brother Shawn Mendes. She befriends Hayes but cannot stand the rest of her brother's friends. With everyone at her new school using her to get close to her brother, she finds it hard to make friends. There is only one girl in the whole school that is not gaga over the magcon boys and that is her best friend Kasey.
