"Love... an intense feeling of deep affection." Simon read to himself, blushing deeply as he read on. This doesn't make any sense to him, he hasn't even talked to the guy. 

Simon's frustration only grew as time went on, closing out of the tab and logged off of the school computer he sighed. He wasn't gay, why would he feel this way about some guy he doesn't know and he wasn't gay. Well... Simon thought he wasn't gay at least. He's never had a love interest before, maybe he's just confused. 

This story is about a shy boy named Simon, his family life wasn't the best and neither was his school life. People thought he was weird for spending ever second he could in the library or how he only wore the same black skinny jeans and a black hoody. He just wanted to fit in. 

Rem is the schools badass. He's a lone wolf, going through the motions of the day. His home life wasn't the best either but he didn't let anyone know that. Being the only guy in school to ride a motorcycle draws a lot of unwanted attention to him but everyone knows better than to mess with him.
