Shinu Isoide and his classmates got transported to another world, a fantasy kind of world. In here, they were asked to be the heroes who'll save that world from the demon king. Iso, being an otaku and gamer, is suppose to enjoy this but bad things seems to happen to him. It got worse and worse as he continues. At first, he had a jobless class. When he thought he would rank up to something better, he ranked up instead to a villager class. He used his last chance to rank up and became a support class. His class, Support, only made it harder. As the name suggest, he's good at supporting his allies. He tried to apply his gaming experience on fantasy base games, like strategies and level grinding. Will it work? Will he able to survive? Well, read to find out.
AN: Updates (almost) every weekends (either saturday or sunday). Sometimes there will be no updates cause the author is (probably) busy.

P.S. I got a tip that I should change the summary cause it entails that he is/will be OP early in the novel. So I changed it. Don't worry, he'll still be OP after some time but you guy/s have to be patient.
AN2: Note that I'll be removing some tags in the novel that doesn't apply currently in the story because it caused some false advertisement and to further prevent such cases. The removed tags might be added again if the current situation of the story is appropriate for it to be added again.

so I've been into rising of the shield hero for a while now... a lot of things about it ALWAYS bugged me starting with the fact that the world functions like a game and the heroes are supposed to fight together in a party.... BUT WHERE'S THE ARCHMAGE?! THE BLATANT DISRESPECT TO THE MAGE CLASS IS REAL AND ANGERING! so I decided as a gamer who rather enjoys being a mage and healer, I'd rectify that. and other things. for all intents and purposes this is a self insert but I will be using my proxy OC that I use in my nutty fangirl daydreams. DON'T WORRY! I'M NERFING MY PROXY! this will follow the plot of the anime because..... I want to. and I'm..... LAZY~! and using the manga is too much trouble and the light novel is 800+ chapters long. So FUCK THAT! anyways if you read this and think it's lackluster then I want to see you try your hand at writing tate no yuusha fics! no that's not a challenge or insult it's just a desperate plea for more tate fics... we need some more variety!
