In Love With Blindfolds On
I gave the best of myself to someone who didn't have anything to lose. I didn't know how to avoid my lover's toxic and abusive flames. My lover's twisted words were like a maze inside of my head that I couldn't escape. Sadly, my lover's actions hypnotized my thoughts and paralyzed my thinking. I tried to be there for my lover, but I learned it is impossible to fix the broken pieces when the glass has shattered. There will always be pieces that are not repairable. However, I kept going right back to the person who I needed to walk away from. I was afraid, and I wasn't brave enough to wake up from this nightmare! I made the choice to suffer when life is meant to be lived and enjoyed. Will I find the courage to know my worth and know that I deserve better than the distasteful lies that are whispered in my ears? Will I have the strength to fight my insecurities? If God is not going to punish the sinner then I WILL. People sometimes say to you, "Don't bother with them, their karma will come back to them someday". That is why sometimes people break themself in order to wait for that moment. But sometimes that moment never comes and you yourself are the one rotting away in this miserable life, so why wait when you could put your hands in it? "You are wrong. Whether I am here or not, your punishment will always come to you, I just.. make it much sooner for you. As I didn't have time to wait any longer", he said with a dark gloomy eyes that had lost their lights. When Shen Wei ran away at the age of 15 years old, he never thought that he would come back again, trying to untie the knot that had been lingering in his heart for years, he came back once again trying to understand some events, but to be honest, for him, it is just an excuse, he just wants to see the lights once again, to be able to proudly says "Mom, I have made it, the sinner have already been punished and you have nothing to worry about anymore". Even if it means to drag others down to hell with him. And I.. am not the type of person who will easily let other people bully me" Notes: First time making my own character, I think it will be hard for me to clearly describe how the character would be, but I will try my best. I must say first that the timeline is around the early 20th century.. probably, it is fictional, so there must be things that are different compared to the history.
