Briana, Tomeka's lady in waiting comes rushing to her aid and makes preparations to welcome the next
member of the Yao Royal Family. Unbeknownst to Briana Tomeka would not be keeping her son. She only
came to this remote Island in the Caribbean to give birth away from prying eyes.
The mid-wife comes over to Tomeka and she and Briana places Tomeka in a tub with warm water. Once she was placed in the tub Tomeka starts to push while Briana wipes her forehead and the midwife gives further instructions.
35 minutes later of pushing and grunting Tomeka gave birth to a healthy baby boy. She took one look at him and passed him off to Briana.

The enchantress cursed the prince, transforming him into a hideous beast - and if he was unable to learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal from the rose she offered had fallen, he would remain a beast forever.
