What do you think of when you hear some one say, "That Person's BiPolar." Is it just mood swings? A serial killer in the making? This fictional story shows a different perspective to the disorder than what the media shows us. 
When they were children, Jake Flier and Makenzie Dahl got shipped off to a Low Security Prison because they had a mental disorder. Everyone with BiPolar Disorder, Dissociative Personality Disorder, Schitzophrenia and other illnesses like those are thrown into other prisons, depending on which disorder they had and how severe it is.
Therapists aren't what they used to be. They don't help these people, they make their lives worse with neglect.  One Therapist decides to betray what she learned in school and training to expose people with these disorders for what they really are; people. Like that isn't enough for him he still continues to haunt her, everywhere she goes, whoever she is with, he is there lurking in some dark corner. Elizabeth can not bring herself to believe him, leaving her reeling in confusion and frustrated not only at him but most of all, at herself. The only way to get rid of this apparition, is if Elizabeth does what he wants but he only wants one thing from her. Will she do it? Can she do it? But Scarlett Evans, her best friend is not as oblivious as everyone else who shuns Elizabeth, thinking she has the severe case of the crazies. She's not blind. She can see.
