Brandon hadn't meant to fall in love with a muggle, but he had, and Danny was his everything.
however, his parents had warned him that he couldn't tell Danny who he really was, he had to hide the fact that he was a wizard from the boy he loved.
but hiding it was hard, he spent a long time away from his boyfriend and whilst they could communicate, it had to be by owl, and Danny never questioned it, he never questioned anything, and that made things harder.
He had no reason to spill his secrets, he had to keep everything bottled up, and he had to lie to the boy he loved
