About 3 long years after Harry Potter had been left on the Dursley's door step due to the murder of his parents, Lily and James Potter. Remus Lupin and his fiancé Sirius Black have put up a long argument with Albus Dumbledore to allow them to adopt their godson. Will they gain custody? Will Harry trust them?

(Authors note: There is going to be some verbal, emotional/mental, and some physical abuse from the Dursley's, as well as some strong language. I am not the best with writing abuse scenarios, so please cut me some slack.
