Marinette has been known as the ultimate klutz and best baker in her class. But hidden deep in her ancestry is a connection of blood to the empress of China. That means Marinette is a-wait for it- a PRINCESS!!
So when all of a sudden, the last person besides Marinette dies unexpectedly to inherent the throne, Marinette is forcefully moved to China where she could be protected so when the empress dies, Marinette could become the next empress.
Except, Marinette can't. She has a job in Paris, a secret one. She is the hero known as Ladybug. However, according to the rules, if Marinette leaves Paris, she'll disown the ladybug miraculous and it will be handed down to another person.
So how will she be able to solve this predicament? How much is she going to risk? Would she rather be a princess or a hero? It's all up to her but she can't decide.

Speaking of MLB, I'm glad to be back. After the dark and emotionally devastating Season 4 finale, Cat Noir's Perfect Payback, plus two specials I wrote afterwards, I took a long break from writing. I needed to refuel my energy when I come back. Anyway, I'm happy to return back once again to deliver you more MLB content. Taking place right after Perfect Payback, LB and CN need to get their partnership back to normal. They decided to leave Paris for a day or so to go to Brazil. In order for them to connect in a nice tropical paradise. Once there, they encounter Lady Butterfly, a butterfly superhero who holds the most powerful miraculous in The Brazilian Box. The King and Queen had to move away from China when Marinette, their daughter, was born because of other duties that they had to do in Paris. 14 years later, Tom and Sabine drop the Princess bomb on Marinette and they have to leave to go to China to let them know that their daughter will be returning and will be the next Queen in line. Meanwhile, Miss Bustier has organized a trip to China for the week to see the Royal Families return and is offered to stay with them and have a meal to meet the princess. Marinette's parents knew about this and told Marinette. Marinette's parents also told Marinette could tell Alya and as she would be the lady in waiting. Hawkmoth follows the class to China blah blah blah akumatises people blah blah and then a huge ass fight goes down between Ladybug, Chat Noir, and Hawkmoth. Hawkmoth is defeated and Marinette's secret of her being ladybug gets out. Her parents are shocked and angry and happy at the same time but are worried for their daughter's safety.
