~Sneak Peek~ "Des?" She opened her arms the same time he moved towards her and wrapped his arms tightly around her waist. Burying his head in her hair, she tangled her fingers in his and clung onto him. "I thought ya were dead." Pulling away just slightly his hand cupped her face and he stared into her eyes with such happiness before he realized her jaw was quite puffy and her nose was crooked and coloured. "What happened?" Growling his words at her, she shook her head and avoided eye contact with him. "Don't worry, I handled it." ~*~ Living in the zombie apocalypse can be hard, having to fight off walkers, figure out who you can trust, find supplies and many other things. One thing that survivor Destinee Johnston, never thought she'd encounter, is dealing with her feelings. Now she finds herself in with a group of people who have problems that started before the walkers even roamed the earth. A dangerous love triangle is rising, leaving many hurt because of it. One man can't seem to get along with anyone but his own family and is putting others in danger. Becoming pregnant in the apocalypse isn't the best of ideas but apparently someone just doesn't care. With the threat of the walkers looming over their heads day and night this group must find a way to put their differences aside if they want to live. Can Destinee stay with this new group she has? Will she choose to push her friend away instead of telling him how she really feels? Or will Destinee leave the group and everyone in it to try and survive by herself. The walkers that constantly hunt the group, aren't at all the biggest threat they're concerned with.
