Chiyomaru is Inuyasha's younger twin sister, a mortal girl who's demonic powers were taken from her in the womb by Inuyasha. Only powers that remained was the ability to heal quickly and the long life. About a hundred years ago, Inuyasha decided that it would be best that he walk away with Chiyomaru, after all, Chiyo had a happy life journeying the world with her best friend, Reiki, a girl who is exactly like Chiyo but with the ability to see the future in mental images during her sleep. The two girls were extremely close and traveled around so Reiki could help mortals find happiness and true love even during the feuding times. Around 50 years ago, Reiki senses something very wrong with her twin brother, a man who was also a half demon like Inuyasha. A few days later, Chiyo sensed Kikyo seal Inuyasha into the sacred tree and went to see Inuyasha. While she was gone, Naraku arrived planning to kill both girls but due to Reiki's dormant demonic powers and Naraku's recent awakening with his demonic powers, he could not fight off Reiki, and so he sealed her away. I slowly sit up staring at the figures in front of me who were crying tears of joy. I sit there silently still a little dizzy from my soul returning back to my body. Inuyasha grips me tightly.
