After yui became a vampire and married Ayato she and him still live with the brothers, but later on yui finds her real family but the truth was she was already a vampire but turned human.
She found out her real parents were dead to her disappointment, but having her younger cousins Mei and Rei both girls but look very different on many ways.

Mei was a spoil brat just like her mother the queen of her kingdom Karl-Heinz doesn't rule, she got whatever she wanted at any cost not caring what happens.

Rei is different she has a kind heart and is yui favorite cousin when yui visits them, but what she doesn't know is that she gets abused everyday for being alive.
