Nighthawk always had the easiest job in Gotham after Batman was killed. The streets were filled with petty theft and vandalism, but nothing in need of serious attention. She was scouting atop the roofs of Gotham City when he came along with his red suit and white streak of hair in a field of pitch black. His voice was harsh and gravelly as he spoke fluently.

I leapt off of the tall building and flew downwards with my raven hair seemingly floating behind me. I landed on the ground with a loud thud and surveyed my surroundings. Graffiti on the walls with a substance that looks like blood wasn't out of the norm for the poor parts of Gotham.
