Lance and Keith have been best friends since they were 6. A couple years later something tragic happens and Keith moves away.
Lance is now in his junior year in Voltron High and he will never forget black inky hair and shining lilac eyes....until suddenly someone bumps into him a spills his coffee all over himself--his favorite coffee might he add.
"Keith?"
"....Lance?"
But Lance starts to notice that Keith wasn't the same bubbly happy kid as before.

She does try to help some because she pities him. Keith doesn't like to talk about the abuse so he keeps quiet. The only person who knows is his best friend, shiro. Keith prefers to keep to himself and only talks to shiro, but that changes when shiro drags Keith along to a group get together and lance gets curious. **First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now.
