"Are you serious?" I asked. "I'll let you think about it, but not too long, because we need you guys." His voice was laced with concern, afraid that I would decline his offer. I looked him in the eye, wondering what he saw in me. "Come back next time, then I'll have a decision" I said, pursing my lips. Shrugging his shoulders he said, "Suit yourself." The sudden change of attitude caught me off guard as I saw him looking at the sky. He glanced at me. It was a look that people made when they were annoyed. I thought he was going to be patient. But I didn't get the chance to say anything else, when the last words he uttered made my whole body shiver. "The decision you make will affect everyone living in this world."
