I am by no means a doctor, counselor, therapist, leader of a support group, or a professional of any kind. I am, however, a survivor of anxiety and depression and have seen these problems through my own eyes.

My goal is too help others get through these kinds of things. I am no therapist, just a girl who wishes to bring peace and balance to the world. Because sometimes we need to fall to find our balance. But in the end we will find it, and we will run among the gods and goddesses.
