So pretty much in a juvenile centre, a young teenaged boy named Jake finds a way to escape and releases all the others. Once out, he meets this girl, Olidia, that was also in the centre and they become good friends.
I have no clue if things in the story relating to juvenile delinquent centres is true, but I'm basing most of that from what I read in Boot Camp by Todd Strasser. Plus some made up things so don't go thinking this kind of stuff actually happens in these places.
