When Captain America was uncovered from the ice, Fury knew there was only one Agent above all others who he could trust fully to help Captain Rogers settle back into the world and start anew.


Tayla Kane was single handedly, the most dangerous and revered and respected field Agent within the entirety of SHIELD. She had a back ground so dark even she didn't know all of the pieces, her codename was known even more so then those of Black Widow and Hawkeye. She was someone you didn't want as an enemy but if you managed to do so no God, nor religion, could save you from her. 

After a mission gone side ways, Tayla took a few years off and went completely off grid. When she gets a sudden and mysterious text message saying three words that will forever change her life. 

"They found him." 

Tayla knew all about Captain Rogers. The man was a legend, a hero, an avenger. His story was once told so often in her household you couldn't help but be in awe of the untouchable figure. A young girl, at the age of 6 tried to run from Hydra, tried to escape their grasp. Her silver eyes, shinning in the darkness, always giving her out. No where for her to run, but everywhere she wished she could. To her, there is no such thing as hero's, for if there where, she surely would have been saved by now. 2 years later, she is 8, she doesn't talk, she is beaten, she's tested on, and yet, Hydra can't seem to get her to do their bidding. As she was giving up hope, the man saved her, once again, and taking her to a place, that has people who all love her, and are all hero's. She still doesn't believe in hero's, she believes, that there is nice people in the world, who want to try and save it.
