Queen Araceli is a ruler loved by all of the people of Imperium. A prosperous kingdom with a neglectful King. During a night of celebration, the palace was invaded by The Kingdom of Parva, led by their ruler Thomas. In an instant, the king was beheaded and Araceli became a prisoner in her own palace. 

It didn't take long for the new King Tom to experience how easily Araceli wins people over as he develops feelings for her. And despite the death of her husband, Araceli was easily charmed by Tom in return. Now the two lovers fight to stick together as they balance their duties to the people, the kingdom, and to each other.
