Book 1:
It's been twenty-seven years from now on, an outbreak occurred, causing millions of people dying from the Black Night incident. The world is now called The Ruins in America. People are now on their own since after the fall of the Flyer Frontiers and the Infected still lives among the survivors. Mal has been living in The Ruins at the age of sixteen. She is born, lives, and adapted to her world. That's her daily routine, day and night, surviving. With her companion of friends, her whole world that she knew is going to get bigger, will change when things start to plummet their sanction.

The Ruins is beautiful yet empty, survival is all everyone has, and no one can be trusted enough.

Now the battle isn't over, they still hunt down the Claimers and the Glory and her men. After that alliances are turning into something more unique and special. But everything in the Ruins goes wrong. They are pursued by the living dead, wild animals, and murders, and the conflicts in one of the Eleven Towns. Worst of all... the past is coming to haunt them again and not everyone will make it out alive.

Now, Kokoa must learn to survive the zombie outbreak at all cost and secretly hopes that her friends and even her family are okay in this apocalypse world. There will be betrayal, trust will be hard to earn, and there will be death around every corner. It's kill or be killed, or eaten at this point. The country Avero that was subdued in the war a few months ago has launched an attack on the country of Novadel but it was something else, something dangerous they've hidden from the world and a large threat for everyone. Erin who retired from the military after the war is now just another traveler waiting for her flight for vacation in Aerodome until the world outside suddenly begins to fall apart. An unknown virus is spreading and ravaged the central city of Karnas that managed to reach Velis, Erin is now forced into a fight for survival. She ventures into the city of Velis and it's occupied surroundings. The more of the destruction caused by this unknown virus unfolds before her and this is what seems to be the start of a second war not with just humans but something more frightening and deadly.
