Kacey Harper has carried a lot burden on herself since her harsh childhood. Her life had been a rollercoaster since she was little and it didn't look like her life was going to stop being difficult anytime soon. She was a lost person, trying her hardest to find a strong reason to live and fulfil the dreams she once used to have.
Enter, Chase Miller, the 'bad boy' of the school, who actually was not a bad boy but liked to be categorized as so. He wasn't one of the douchebags you usually see in high school but rather a sweet person who was polite to everyone. His goal was to be the best he can and make his family proud of him.
One fateful day, these two bumped into each other and Chase decided that he could ask for Kacey's help in achieving step one of his goal and guess what happened next. You are probably thinking that they fell in love, got married blah blah blah. Right?
Well, nope.
There was definitely more to their story when Lola Williams, the school's bitch and also someone Chase was confused about, had already set her eyes on Chase for some other plans and she was not willing to let someone come in between her and her goal.
So where will late nights talks, strolls in the parks and deep conversations take Chase and Kacey and what will Lola do?
